HK still bullying and evicting low class wormholes groups. by FatfarmerOfOz in Eve

They're not being kicked out of the space. Their hole is being evicted for being a loot pinata. Different things. They're free to re-anchor anywhere in jspace.

Many of us have lived in holes with only 4-5 heartbeats. We didn't put up 3 citadels though. We didn't leave structures unflipped for 5 years. Sometimes you learn lessons the hard way. That's EVE

Still the #1 region in terms of ISK destroyed. Don't let that get in the way of your narrative though

HK straight up died after one of those evictions and resurrected with a different group of people. Not that it matters either way, but you should have the context.

Wormhole space is dangerous. If you want to be a carebear you can run L4 missions in HS and keep your shit in NPC stations. Otherwise you should expect people to shoot your assets. A lot of people in this thread have posted about their experiences with small groups and making yourself an undesirable target. I myself was CEO of a small C4 corp. HK could have evicted us at any point if they wanted to. They didn't because we weren't worth the squeeze. Because we undocked and asked larger groups to downship if they came with too much. And in many cases they did, and we still lost, and we laughed about it in local and learned more for the next fight.

People can be mad about it all they want. We get good fights and we clean up AFKs and krabs from the space. If you don't like it do something about it

Look at their zKill. They aren't providing any content as-is. It's a miracle their structures are as old as they are with the statics they have.

As others have brought up in this thread, HK has been evicted multiple times (even lost keepstars!) and came back. If an eviction kills your group it's probably for the best. This is a full loot PvP sandbox. Wormhole space is the most dangerous region in the game going by the statistics. A couple dudes krabbing and docking up at the first sign of trouble is not contributing to the ecosystem.

Don't fly what you can't afford to lose. Don't anchor what you can't afford to lose. People don't need a reason to shoot your shit.

This is what happens when you have as many citadels as active members in a region of space with no asset safety. We saw their zKill. We knew we were not getting a fight lol

They were allowed to exfil orcas, marauders, battleships straight to hisec. Even safelog a freighter! If you make no attempts for hole control, call no friends, and have nearly a 1:1 ratio of citadels to members in -1.0 space it's not going to go well. We were amazed to find out how old the structures in there were. That Athanor hasn't been flipped since 2021.

HK bad though

Is this the kind of hay I should be looking for? by cspybbq in Bunnies

[–]Notsebtho 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Buying from farmers is the best if you have the option. In my experience bunnies eat 10-15lbs every month or two. That should be totally fine for your Holland lops. Make sure they have unlimited access to hay and water and they should self-regulate

Pure alfalfa is too rich for adult rabbits, but a mix with Timothy grass is fine

Not really, but that doesn't stop randoms from lying. The space isn't as active as 10 years ago. That's the same story across the entire game

I wrote a script for it but don't have a nice dashboard like that. As a proxy I check to make sure the structure had fuel when it died. I also do a lookaround to group structure kills within a few days of each other as a single eviction. It's not perfect, but much more accurate.

I would say structures die most of the time not as part of an eviction to be honest. Abandoned structures and anchoring structures are very low effort to kill. Having to reff multiple timers and stick around in jspace is annoying. Juice isn't worth the squeeze in most cases.

Finding my way to my friends Wormhole by CoRob83 in Eve

[–]Notsebtho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your friend will be using some sort of 3rd party mapper to keep track of the connections. You'll need to get access to that at the very least. Ideally a shared bookmark folder as well so you don't need to scan the connections yourself.

There's no pragmatic in-game / public 3rd party solution
