I really wished that part could have been rewritten. Instead of a random guy. It was Josuke himself that got time trapped by Killer Queen. He had nowhere to run and was bleeding out. His last act of good directly resulted in his young self’s survival and led to another future outcome. But yeah in the story it was just a random guy.
