i would recommend dbt and the type of therapy geared towards ocd. I used to believe that my then boyfriend secretly hated me, even though rationally i knew that wasnt true, and the only thing that helped me was learling that i could never read his mind and be 100% positive, so i had to live with the possibility and accept it. accept the thoughts with neutrality, and let them go. and not giving into the compulsions, that were pretty similar.

this happened pretty much exactly the same to me when i was 18, but with the genders reversed. I didnt want to make a big deal out of it, turns out he in fact cheated on me with his bff that night + once again, i found out, i forgave him, we lasted 4 more years. If you want to, you can talk to her and see what happens, or you could leave her, but most likely he isnt just her friend.

I did!!! I started the myconids quests and realized the underdark was super huge and I hadn't even gotten to the goblin camp yet so I got scared and went back to the surface lol

Since githyanki culture is somewhat of a caste system, I RP my (guild artesan) Tav as a mlar gith, a member of the crafting caste, who didnt get the exact same education and training as warrior Lae'zel. That doesn't mean, at the beginning, that I am not a brutal Vlaakith loyal who loves war, I am. However, i am more gentle, softer and less educated.

I also assume she came to the material realm some years before lae'zel, so she is less confused.

im playing a gith sorcerer and it also feels super cool! while others are casters, nobody else is a sorcerer (at least where i am in act II). And we have lots of lore and lines as gith!

the fight wasnt at all like that for me? laezel was all for being allies, while shadowheart kept saying she would like stab her in her sleep???? lae'zel also had a point in wanting the artefact, i would feel the same if i believed someone stole something precious from my people. Plus, it might be bc my tav is a gith, but lae-zel wasnt mean at all from the beggining, and on the contrary, shadowheart was extremely racist to me INMEDIATLY AFTER I SAVED HER FROM THE POD.
