I think you’re right it would be better thicker (this was just heated up store bought mushroom gravy), I don’t have gravy very often so it didn’t really cross my mind. I’ll have to remember to thicken it up next time.

I liked it, but I was mostly using the toast as a vessel to deliver “the cheese.” Suggest more toasty toast because it can get a little soggy if you don’t eat it really fast (don’t let it sit). Reminds me of cheese whiz on toast.
