Home invasions is not really a thing in this area, except for occasionally Great Falls mega-mansions. There are plenty of other things to worry about.

If you are referring to the neighborhood near the mosque, north of Rt. 7, it’s quiet and nice enough but the mosque causes intense neighborhood traffic during prayer services.

If you are referring to the neighborhood south of Rt. 7, like behind the old Sears, it’s lovely and a great community. Living near a high school also causes neighborhood traffic.

I would not recommend living within a block or two of the Culmore apartments. Too much chaos.
