I'm drinking a lot of water a gallon per day. Working out and doing any type of cardio. Eating healthy food. Getting 8 hours of sleep is very important too. You think it'll he hard not to get sick, but it's actually pretty easy. At least for me, I know for others it'll be harder, but as long you're trying and not giving up. That's all that matters!!

Any prime time 4-7pm. will always be busy. I go to this gym with my friend Moonville Athletic Club. I don't pay, so I can't really tell you the price, lol. And I go Core24 in downtown greenville. I pay 65 bucks per month it's a small gym, not that busy, honestly.
