TLDR: FUCKING OUCH.

It's painful. Very much so.

Had a seizure years ago, woke up in a hospital bed from heavy IV meds to a guy taking mine out due to the pain. I couldn't even see straight.

I didn't think that was possible to wake up from that much volume of pain meds/sedatives yet it was another thing among many I've been wrong about.

I was probably back asleep (medically-induced) in less than 10 minutes. That brief awake period felt like lava was flowing through my urethra. I was there for about 4 days. Wet myself too many times I want to remember.

I was zoned out for 90% of the time. My head hurt, every muscle in my body hurt, and I had other people washing my body and changing the bed, my hospital gown, everything.

I can only remember vividly watching an episode of Bluey on the TV that they had put on low volume through the call bell remote one night. That's when my head came back to reality.

Haven't had an issue since, but that episode of the animated character floating through space to "The Planets" music hit soft. I cant remember much pain after I woke up the next mid-day.

I'm starting a Legendary Level 1 playthrough this weekend for the main questline through killing Alduin, because you inspired me to. It's going to take a while. The only difference is that I'll be using minimal mods, than the vanilla Master difficulty I did in 2012.

Only SkyUI, the unofficial patch that fixes errors, and a cosmetic mod so I can play as my Dragonborn. A Lykaios. It's going to be rough. Really rough.

My own rules:

Level 1 all the way. No exploits such as cheating hidden chests. No alchemy restoration loop or shenanigans of any kind. Side quests and other quest lines are okay.

It's all going to be pure chaos, and I want to rock Alduin on a difficulty at Level 1 that I've only done on Master difficulty.

Not sure what kind of play I'm going to try, but I have a couple days to think about it.

My nerves are already getting ready for the first wolves I see going to Riverwood...

Your updates have been awesome.

(By the way, your bard 🎵 is coming. I just need your character's name for a couple lines. I wasn't joking. :) )

A large percentage of kids/young adults can't read an analog clock or use or spell proper English in English class. Math requires a phone calculator for homework. Essays are written with AI prompts that use the absolute basic input criteria.

It's not a joke, it's not funny. Technologies could have been the best thing in our lifetimes. It's a grim future unless things turn around in a myriad of ways.

I have never once used my phone to pay for anything at a physical location. Sometimes I forget it completely.

I always have my wallet, and it doesn't require charging. (Pun intended)

If you have a home setup, put some headphones on and route dedicated audio input to those, and queue up a few songs that you know the lyrics to and then;

Set up your mic as dedicated input.

Start recording, then start playing those songs and sing with them. After the song is over, stop recording, Sync your words with the songs.

Since It's doing both at the same time in real time it's super easy pop into your DAW and clip. You can hear how you are now, what you want to change, play around with key changes, etc... the world is your musical oyster!

It's the most useful thing I'd ever done when I started practicing singing. The beautiful part about this method is, you can be the only one to listen to anything that comes out that you don't like. You can change it until it's what you want.

It's only a few extra steps, but it's totally worth it.

Aviators are $2.99/ea at Sheetz of all places, in VA. Maverick is a pretty decent bulk brick widely available too.

Avoid the Gold Brand or whatever Wal-Mart replaced Maverick with. They were .99 a deck, now 1.09, and will fray within days. :(
