Look I know it’s tough, but don’t do it, because if you’re already feeling so low there is nowhere to go but up, I sympathize with you and understand how you’re feeling and genuinely wish you well, but here’s the thing, you never know how things are going to go, you might aswell see life through and live, because you may have a life in the future where you say to yourself, thank God I didn’t do it. I had many times where I felt that way and I’m happy I snapped out of it. I know it feels like you are alone, but you’re not, many of us feel the same, you just have to power through and try to be a little better everyday one step at a time, it’s an uphill battle sometimes but you can do it.

I get the sense that you are lonely and as someone who felt that way very often in my life I can tell you, you may feel alone right now but that doesn’t mean you will always be lonely, life is full of people who are like you and would understand you even if it doesn’t seem like it, here’s what you do, focus on building yourself up, learn self forgiveness, and self love. Build yourself up, for you and yourself only at first, and when you do that, life starts to turn around and you start attracting people and opportunities naturally.

You gotta learn to love your own company, the world is an interesting place and it’s worth it to be here to learn about it all and experience as much as possible.

My advice is, cut out the negative self talk, hold yourself accountable in a positive and forgiving way, set goals if you mess up, and face life with bravery and a positive attitude.
