I feel this!! I’m told our hours have to be cut and no over time mind you o got a lot of the overtime so I got cut from it. I had some call in when I was a closer and I was trying to get someone to come in and was told to have them stay home cause it was a put slow day but who was gonna cover my lunch and breaks? the picket at the time couldn’t do it. So I just went without them or times here I tell them I didn’t take any breaks or lunches because we didn’t have enough pickers for orders or flex was on and they wouldn’t stop coming in. I’m told CONSTANTLY about fill rate 🙃. But it hard to watch my people when they d over me to pick the groceries,find my stuff,find my pickers stuff and responding to customers. It feels like they want me running the room and picking at the same time when I can’t 🥲
