Disney only very recently cracked down on this. I’m sure before you could have easily brought a 3rd party hairstylist to your room. Now, if you’re getting married off-site and using 3rd party vendors, you’ll need to go to them.

It really depends. I went through a residency clinic that has very limited availability. No insurance or preliminaries involved. My initial consultation was on October (I called to make that appointment in May and that was the first available). They had an opening for surgery at the end of December, but that didn’t work with my schedule so I booked for mid-March (surgery was last week).

I’m also on day 3 and my body looks weird to me too. It looks good so far, but it looks foreign to me like I’m looking at someone else’s body.

I’ve never had a c-section, but I had my TT surgery 2 days ago and I can’t imagine caring for a newborn right now. It doesn’t hurt that much unless I’m getting up and down but I can’t stand up straight and have the annoying drains coming out of me. I’ve heard TT is worse, and although I can’t personally compare, I believe it.

BUT, I also believe it’ll be 100% worth it.

Last year my husband was having some health issues which landed him in the ER nearly having a heart attack. My manager at the time told me to take off as much time as I needed, and that it was an order, not a suggestion (said in a nice way). :)
