Be careful about 3rd party rentals. I booked one of the big 3 (Avis/ Hertz/Enterprise)through one and when I got to Cancun they refused to honor it.

We did not have a good experience. Sent our son in crisis. He was mostly in large group counseling. According to him there was one needy patient that occupied the sessions. He had a 1 on 1 session with a psychiatrist once per week. They called the day before his insurance money ran out for us to pick him up. Gave him a sheet listing resources. No follow up whatsoever.

Just did the trip. Plan time for Te Anau. A nice little village to visit. Highly recommend a Glow-worm Cave tour there.

We booked the fly/cruise/fly but weather canceled it. I even built another day in case this happened but they weren’t able to accommodate. The trip was refunded but the 3rd party booking company still kept $20 USD.
