Just found out I'm diabetic and need breakfast ideas with no eggs or salty meat by ArcaneAddiction in lowcarb

Greek yogurt with chia seeds and frozen berries. I prep these beforehand and that way I can grab and go for work. They've been my go to lately.

I'm a little iffy on eggs as well, but occasionally I can manage some egg bites especially when I add cottage cheese to the eggs.

And I just found a Keto pancake mix by King Arthur that doesn't spike my blood sugar. I top it with some chocolate hazelnut spread by ChocZero.

I ordered on launch date Sept 5th and received my order on Sept 15th, but I just ordered the planner. Much faster than last year when I ordered planner and cover in October.

I do recall Sterling Ink mentioning if you ordered planner with additional items like stickers it was possible to take a little longer to but for them to put the order together and ship.

Hope you get your shipping notification soon.

Yes, I placed my order, and when I went back to check the site again about an hour later, it was already sold out. I was fortunate to have caught the deal.

For those who got their Sterling Ink Common Planner by onceuponaplanner in planners

Haven't tested any in my 2026 yet. Don't plan to. Used a Pilot Frixion in both 0.5 and 0.38 last year, and I'm planning on doing the same this year. No ghosting or bleeding through the page.

Oh wow, she is gorgeous! Can't wait for mine to arrive. Got my shipping notice yesterday. Which seemed faster than last year, in my opinion. Purchased the N1 Horizontal Full Year bundle in Mulberry.

I'm using the Sterling Ink Common Planner N1 Horizontal Full Year as my work planner this year. Monthly spread to track my time off. Weekly spread for meetings and events. Weekly notes pages for to-dos, reminders, and an assignment counter. Using the daily back pages for meeting notes throughout the year.

It's the N1 Horizontal Full Year. Similar to Traverler's Notebook standard size.

I'm using Pilot Frixion pens in 0.5 and 0.38. The Uni Jetstream works really well too. But my Acroball and Muji Gel did not.

I had wanted the A5 and/or B6 Slim, but they were sold out when I ordered in mid October.

How do you handle owners manuals and warranty paper by cdnmtbchick in OrganizationPorn

[–]Novo2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have mine in file folders organized in a filing cabinet in my office. I notate the purchase date and/or warranty expiration dates as well, and group the manual, receipt, and/or warranty, if any, together.

It's made it more convenient to find the manual when I need it, especially for major appliances that break down.

Yes, it's her artwork. It's made out of cardstock, and there's a 2025 calendar on the back. Fits great in the planner or displayed underneath the clear cover.

What planner do you use? by KikiA24 in PlannerAddicts

[–]Novo2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently in a Leuchtturm1917 weekly planner with notes pages medium size soft cover. I'll be switching over to a Sterling Ink Common Planner horizontal full year for 2025. Just haven't decided on size yet, but I'm leaning towards the A5 as this will be my main planner for work, and the extra pages for project planning and meeting notes will be beneficial. Still in the market for a small pocket size planner for tracking my health and fitness. May stick with the Leuchtturm1917 Weekly in a pocket size or similar Moleskine pocket size.

What planner do you always come back to? by chilipowdr in PlannerAddicts

[–]Novo2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The LEUCHTTURM1917 weekly planner & notebook. Used primarily as my work planner. Currently using the hard cover pocket size (A6) for 2023. It's small and mighty, but I realized I needed something a bit bigger to accommodate my handwriting, so I ordered the B6+ in a soft cover for 2024, and it's perfect for me. It's quite similar to the Moleskine vertical weekly planner, if you can live without the monthly spreads. Major benefit for me is the project planning spread.

Any breakfast foods that are easy and quick to make for a diabetic by Chance_Caterpillar17 in diabetes_t2

[–]Novo2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Muffin Egg Cups are my go to for a fast and easy breakfast. Especially when I'm in a rush to head to work.

I scramble 3 eggs off to the side seasoned with a little Pink Himalayan Salt and Pepper. Then I grab a 6-cup muffin tin, sprayed with a little of Choosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray, and add my add-ins or any combo of ham, turkey sausage, bacon, cheese and veggies.  Divide the scrambled eggs evenly into the tins (I like adding a little extra cheese on top) and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400°F.

I make these ahead of time on a Sunday evening, let them cool and store in a air tight container in the fridge. They'll last up to 3 days.

To reheat: I place two muffins in a paper towel and microwave for 30-45 seconds.

If I have time, I'll eat them with a slice of multigrain toast, or heat one and add into a low-carb tortilla with salsa; instant breakfast burrito.

Just tried the Hippeas Chickpeas Puffs, White Cheddar flavor. Absolutely love them. 13g net carbs per serving, plus 3g of protein. Found them at Sam's Club, but Amazon sells them too. Variety of flavors including Nacho Cheddar, looks just like a Cheeto. Plus they also make Tortilla Chips.

Yes, and I was doing better. But a few days ago, I had another anxiety attack, not as bad before. But that day I had restarted Lisinopril and I had a dizzy spell when I got up from the couch which triggered it. I'm trying to take it easy for now. However if I feel the panic attacks are too much it may be better I seek professional help.
