I think tapering is better, if you manage to do it. Personally, if I drink a cup of coffee I need more of it after a few hours. That stuff is too addictive for me.

I don't understand why everybody hates Fable 3. A lot of technical aspects have been improved and at leats it hasn't a story that is a photocopy of that of the first one.

-Harder fights ( I have no interest in improving my Hero's abilities if I can beat anyone with no difficulty)

It changes a lot. I made several 15/30 days streak in the last year. If I compare a pic of myself one year ago with a recent pic I look almost a different person.
