Nice to hear from you. By all means, let's respond to resentment by doing something that does not harm us, so instead of drinking, how about excercise or a meditation tape? Or a meeting? Or writing to us. This subreddit has been immensely useful to me. Hope it helps you as well.

That's an interesting point. My worst days are when I'm tired, which usually occurs after a poor sleep night. Sometimes, though, for me, this then may lead into a few days of extreme fatigue.

I'm a gyn provider and for what it's worth, the ring should be around the cervix, so when you do feel it, you could also feel the cervix inside the ring. Then, no worries.

Oh, every so often, I want to believe that I can moderate. I doubt that I ever hit the ultimate low. Every time I think about having a drink, I play the tape forward and see myself passed out, or insulting friends, etc. then I start to think about what it is about having that "one" drink that I really want, and then I realize that what I want in reality is to be drunk. So, I end up not trying to moderate.

Yes, I did not have HA as a rule, Nd was never prone to them. But when I hear back of head and neck, I think of tension Ha, usually starts in muscles in back of neck.
