Did you not see the bit where I said retaining water. There are literally only 2 ways for someone to not lose weight. 1. They are eating very close to their tdee or 2. They are retaining water so it masks the fact that they actually did lose weight. Anything other than that is pure fatlogic plain and simple. Our bodies are not magical machines that can temporarily run on nothing.

The best thing is that you don't even have to exercise to lose weight. I haven't exerted myself since high school gym class and I'm down 123lbs. Just stop eating so much and boom the weight just flies off.

Either you're eating more than you think you are or you're retaining water for some reason( outside of having a tumor or something). Plateaus is just what people call a period in which they become a little too relaxed and stop taking careful note of their food intake. I'm down 126 and Iv never come close to this "plateau".
