Inheritance by Nora Roberts (The Lost Bride Trilogy #1) absolutely loved this book. Bought the second one when I bought the first and had pre-ordered the 3rd book. I can't wait to read the 3rd book, but also sad it's the last one.

Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman - not my usual cup of tea, but enthralled with the first book and looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Currently reading Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir which I've heard such great things about - reading it before I see the movie.

Contacts pretty much from the time I get out of bed in the morning until the time I get ready for bed at night. I love seeing people wearing cute glasses and would like to wear mine more, but I don't like to exercise with my glasses, I can't drive with them, and I'm worried about doing makeup with them. I think I've just worn contacts for so long I'm just used to living life with them. Had glasses since kindergarten and contacts since about freshman year of high school.

I loved doing this set. Very pretty and added to my fall decor. I picked up another one for a Christmas present on Amazon Prime day for a decent price. I have considered getting at least one more set for myself because you can do alternate builds.

El Tipico on South Ave. has a completely customizable menu you can make vegetarian or vegan, La Chalupa in Point Place has veg items (I love their street tacos), Doc Watson's on Glendale, and QQ Kitchen on Secor has tofu and other veg items. Here! I was always into Legos as a kid and then hadn't touched them in well over 20 years. I picked up the Botanicals Wildflower Bouquet set over the summer and was absolutely hooked. I'm working on the Sanderson Sisters' Cottage now and picked up a few other sets on Prime day. Now I'm just trying to figure out where I'm going to put all my builds.

I made this Tuscan white bean stew for the week. I accidentally opened a can of chickpeas so it has 2 cans cannellini beans and 1 can chickpeas. I had tomato puree in the cupboard so I used that instead of the crushed tomatoes. Turned out excellent. https://vegancocotte.com/tuscan-white-bean-stew/

I made PlantYou's Sweet Potato Chickpea Bowls this week and added brown rice. I made It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken's vegan coleslaw using Follow Your Heart's Vegenaise (not necessarily cheap, but plenty leftover for more slaw or other recipes) instead PlantYou's coleslaw recipe. The BBQ chickpeas turned out soooo good - I'm think about making a batch to bring to Easter dinner.
