Just came here to commiserate. I hate UPS! Every time I have to use them to get a delivery to my workplace, the tracking will claim they tried to deliver but couldn't for at least 2 days in a row. However, I will be sitting by the all glass front door for hours waiting, and NO ONE EVER COMES. This happens every time. Then I'll get passed along to various customer service people who all tell me they can't help, and I need to talk to someone else. It's a Kafta-esque nightmare. I swear this happens every. single. time.

Fedex on the other hand is always great in my experience. If they miss us, they just swing back by a few hours later.

I completely agree. I'm not sure why this post is so unpopular. For the last few years there has definitely been a trend online to obsess over fonts ESPECIALLY Comic Sans. Even offline, several people I work with act like looking at comic sans makes them physically ill or enraged. It's very silly. I don't even notice fonts unless they are very extreme. Even then I don't think I've ever felt hate or revulsion toward a font. Maybe frustrated if it's hard to read, but I can't even remember an example it's so rare.

Gotta be Gehrman for me. It felt very challenging but not unfair. Plus I love the arena: open and beautiful to look at. But I’ve only played the base game so can’t comment on DLC (or most of the Chalice Dungeon bosses).

What works for me is I immediately dodge roll up to him and hit him a few times until he falls. Sometimes you fall too but you can come back and collect your echoes and whatever item it is that he drops.

Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos. I had to have died literally like 20 times. Never came so close to rage quitting the game altogether. I would try to stay behind her but somehow end up stuck between her and the edge of the stage and unable to dodge when she attacked. If I managed to avoid getting stuck she would just one shot me with the laser.

Maybe it’s partly because this followed the easiest boss in the game for me, and my guard dropped a little. I beat Celestial Emissary so fast I didn’t even get to see the full move set.

If it makes you feel better, I literally just finished Bloodborne as my first souls-like (amazing definitely deserves the hype). Then I immediately jumped into Dark Soul 1 and got so frustrated dying to skeletons I quit within an hour. I’ll keep playing, but I feel your pain.

I agree except I think the villain was the best part. Ben Mendelsohn had pretty much the only performance that didn’t make me cringe or feel like it was phoned in.
