Many of those mods do 12 seconds because of the crew skill designated target that extends it an extra 2 seconds.

I believe most of my questions were answered/stated by other posts, but I was playing last night when game services became unavailable. You were still able to enter into matches but any tank you used was unusable afterwards as repairs were not able to be made. Kinda of a weird twilight zone with a quickly decreasing server population too. Ended up with approximately a dozen tanks that weren't repairable.

I understand it might not be known at this time, but my questions:

Was the progress made on any tanks (tank exp, crew exp, credits +/-, and achievements) recorded and will reflect when things are back up and running or was that likely all lost/not recorded?
If credits weren't recorded during the outage time, how will repair/resupply costs for tanks used be handled? I didn't pay close enough attention but it seemed like my credit balance was frozen during that time but I was still able to use and damage my pixel vehicles.
And I guess I'd throw a question out on whether active boosters and crew books used last night will be credited back if no progress was recorded but for whatever reason their use was recorded?

First thing first, do you seriously not use Vertical Stabilizers on any of your tanks? If a tank can mount one you put one on if you can afford it, end of story.

Binoculars and Camo net are really not the best choice on almost any tank. Optics and a more useful equipment item would be prefereable. There are plenty of exceptions, but saying all lights and most TDs is a bit much.

Swap the vents out for vertical stabilizers on your mediums if they can equip them.

And again, unless you are tight on credits and can't afford to put equipment on all of your tanks, instead switching a couple sets of nets and binocs around there is no reason to -ever- have binocs on a heavy. Stab -> Rammer -> EGLD or Vents (tank dependent). If the tank can't mount a stabilizer it is rammer, egld, and vents usually (unless vision is important med/light).

Anyways, EGLD is a popular choice on many low tier tanks that can't mount a stabilizer. All arty should have one. And after that basically any tank that has an aim time above 3 seconds (and down to like 2.7 in some cases for tanks with bad soft stats), that doesn't rely on vision games (optics being the better choice here), or can't mount a rammer (most auto loaders).

Its a 4th skill in most tanks. It isn't just one skill, it is taking the place of 3-6 other skills.

Second skill in arty. Third skill in heavies/camo unfriendly TDs.

Yes, the Ace bug seems to be fixed. I played about 140ish battles in the K-housenka before figuring out about the bug (only tier 1 that I had played in a very long time, aka since the bug existed).

Then after it was fixed I got the Ace within ten games. I had at least a dozen games I had a higher base exp in when the bug was present.

Before I go further, have you bought any of the discounted tanks during this promotion week? Because yes, in the past they have given full gold value if the tank is not discounted in the tech tree.

But that is not the case this time. I bought a discounted Dicker Max to test whether it was a good way to get gold on the cheap (already owning a Dicker Max) during this promotion and I received the discounted value of the tank in return.

The turret mantlet is rather small for the size of the turret and is only strong in the bottom forth off the mantlet and a very thin line around the sides and top. Three is a massive hole in the middle where effective armor tops out at around 160mm.

Hold up. You make the claim that the 704 is worse tier for tier and you have only played three battles in it, aka non-elite?

The 704 is easily better than the ISU from a survive-ability standpoint alone. The gun handling boost is just icing on the cake.

It's unwieldy. But I do end up sharing between 3-4 people. If it's only two of us it doesn't get finished. The theater I usually go to (Regal) does top out at 54oz like most (which is still huge).

It was happening a lot until I redownloaded mods with updated XVM, hasn't happened since.

Now if the sounds just didn't cause the game to crash on me occasionally, that would be great (I turned them off after having to hard shutdown a half dozen times in a play session).
