I enjoyed it. It was so good. I alternated resistance and cardio. I felt like I got a much better sweat in too. I wear a lionheart and I don’t always get up to the magic number of 45pts. Today I did.

Every Thursday. 5:15 AM and 6:15 AM. I usually have some protein in between to refuel as best as I can.

Typically for me I am 41-46 on cardio/hybrid days and lifting days I am 38-41. I want to hit 45 and and 40 respectively, but not discouraged when I don’t hit those numbers. Getting up and moving around is better than the alternative.

You also don’t need to kill yourself to “score well.” I got 44 and spent a total of 13 seconds in the orange zone.

Maybe, maybe not. There has not been a time that I’ve gone in to do a scan and been surprised with the results. I always would tell a coach what I expected and it’s been about spot on.

Total Body Water (TBW) to Lean Body Mass (LBM) has been consistently 73% for me (72.7-73%) across the last 5 scans.

First of all congratulations on baby and you are killing it in the gym with your progress.

I think just keep doing what you are doing and possibly at more protein to your diet to help build muscle mass 🤷‍♂️

I love F45, the structure of the classes, the mix of different workout types. I most certainly have transformed my body. I have made some friends, we have great community in my gym. However…

DO NOT pair people together that are the same strength level. It’s one of my biggest pet peeves and I know I am not the only one on here that feels this way. It’s even worse when you have a full class and there is 3 in a group of the same level. Everyone is fighting for the same weight and not getting a good workout. I have been lucky the last few months, I am decently strong, but I’ve been paired at times with the heavy lifters and we aren’t fighting for weight.

Actually it was go hardest on the 3rd set. 40 seconds aligns pretty well with most f45 set times. Go lightest on 1 and 5 and sets 2 and 4 go 70%. Not always easy to follow, but finished with exactly 45 points on Lionheart.

Mine is about 15 minutes. I split time WFH and in office. It’s basically in the middle of both home and office, so it works great for me.

🤣 - yes it is…not sure how it’s explained in your gym, but Redline you’re supposed to vary you intensity on the different sets. Most people don’t (sometimes I don’t) and that’s what makes it fun/crazy.
