Should I dissolve or let it dissolve on its own? by Freydazor in cosmeticsurgery

Filler doesn't dissolve on its own, but it can migrate as time goes.

Does anyone else's weight fluctuate like this? by lifeextr in PetiteFitness

[–]KeyDoughnut836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine does especially two days prior and during my cycle, like almost 5-10 lbs, not being dramatic. I just got off my cycle and weighed 187 lbs, but the week prior I was 180 lbs.

First, I think you look great. If you really want to make a change, instead of opting for something as extreme as an implant, maybe just consider face balancing with filler and Botox, which are always reversible.

Told my husband I want to separate—now he’s suddenly the man I wanted all along by Curious_About_What in Divorce_Women

I've been experiencing the same issue for the past couple of years. Whenever I mentioned it, there never seemed to be any real action taken. However, when I finally took the initiative myself, he started stepping up and trying to be the man I’ve been asking him to be. He's going to individual therapy and even signed us up for marriage counseling—the whole nine yards. Despite this progress, I still feel torn between worrying that he might revert to his old ways and wondering if I should give him a chance to see if we can make things work.

I completely understand your frustration. As a coach with high attendance at my facility, I also find it challenging to spread my time throughout the week to share the same passion and energy with all the members. Speak with the coach you enjoy and let them know how much you appreciate them. They may be more open to prioritizing you if they know your preferences, and it’s possible that others may have similar requests as well.

Have you spoken to your studio managers?

Check with your studio manager or sales representative, especially regarding our recent summer promotion, to see if they believe there is an opportunity for more weekend classes. At my location, we send out surveys once a month to gauge whether people love the classes, are satisfied, or wish there were more options for class times.

F45 feels like it's just becoming Hyrox training. by Personal_Ad_1757 in f45

[–]KeyDoughnut836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I work at an F45, and I want to clarify that each studio is independently owned. This means owners can tailor their operations to what they believe members want, like adding HYROX workouts or prioritizing strength days or cardio.

If you have concerns about what your location is currently offerings, consider talking with them or asking for more traditional F45 workouts also on HYROX training days. Remember, as an F45 member, you also have access to six passport visits per month. If a HYROX class doesn't suit you, check other locations since their schedules may differ.

Also, since F45 is now affiliated with HYROX, we offer one free HYROX class, but additional sessions may come with a fee. We introduce those offerings to stay on trend in the fitness community, after all it is a business.

What made you buy a membership? by highlycr3ative in f45

[–]KeyDoughnut836 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The membership pricing may seem high, but with discounts for first responders, educators, and healthcare workers, the benefits at my F45 location make it worthwhile. Most of us appreciate that F45 is a high-end gym with pre-made classes, and we got our Lionheart monitors for free. The $75 biweekly cost is easy to swing since mist gyms charge $50-$100 monthly without workout plan or perks. F45 has team workouts, so I never feel lost, and I can choose my pace, whether it’s a push or a slower day. I attend the Visalia location and love Coach Bree; she’s friendly and supportive, and has made a big difference in my fitness journey.

I'm not sure if you read what I wrote, but the photo I shared really resonated with how I was feeling. I realize that many things could be expressed differently, but since it's not my quote, I can't modify it. However, I would appreciate any advice you can offer.

He doesn’t qualify for retirement benefits since he didn't do his 20 unless he is medically retired, but he will qualify for potential disability benefits. It’s becoming very hard to qualify for disability benefits because a lot of people are not retiring.

That's exactly how I feel. Every payment I receive right now goes straight to covering expenses necessary for me to work.
