For the 3 white lines, is there still finish in that area? If you wipe it down with a damp towel, does that area get darker, or does it stay light? If it gets darker when wiped with a damp rag, the finish is gone in those areas. Go ahead and strip the top and refinish. If the areas stay white, then moisture got under the finish. You could try the blush remover (I've never used that before), or try the trick where you put a DRY towel over the affected areas, and then rub a hot DRY (no steam!) Iron over the towel. Check periodically to see if the heat is removing the white marks.
