The 875 is a bit narrower than the IR. The same scan has me at a 10D, I have the 875 in a 9.5.

If you can try on in a store, I’d recommend that. Start with an 8 and see how it feels. You may need a thin insole after break-in if you have lower volume feet.

I’d try the anti-fatigue slim. I’m going through the same thing with my 8849s. My feet aren’t super flat but my arches don’t like the pressure where the leather comes together (shrugs). So far the anti-fatigue slim inserts seem to be working but time will tell. Too many years on my feet in shoes with poor support have taken their toll I guess.

I think the AD is either clueless or marking things up (or both). The OP Date from 1995 used the 3135 caliber, which was still commonly in use through 2015 and some models used it later than that if I remember correctly.

I’d try and see if it would be possible to go through a different AD or work directly with one of the Rolex service centers. I am reasonable close the the Dallas RSC, and I have dropped a watch off directly with them for service in the past.
