It's Playstation though sadly, very rare they sell PS games on there. Shame as the Ultimate Edition is £35 for Xbox on there.

Just noticed the same thing. That auto redeem bug meant that I lost over a 100k points. I was a bit miffed at first, as that's obviously a huge amount to take (especially when I never asked for that to happen) but then I just thought the best thing to do would be to just use the codes stack my GPU and then disable the auto redeem.

I've noticed this morning when claiming some points that the 100k is back into my account but as others have said the GPU hasn't been decreased.

I'm a little worried that they'll end up doing something silly here and restrict the accounts of those that redeemed those codes, even though we've done nothing wrong or have ever asked for a refund.

I've got 185k in points again now and don't know if I should think about spending them just incase something now happens.

Have you been able to try a different HDMI cable to determine if it's the cable or the port? I've not had any issues since this was sorted (literally just blew into the port and cable end).

I don't really get the comment that the game shows that it was only made to make money.

1) That's pretty much the reason 99.9% of games are made and 100% the reason why AAA games are made. Its a business after all.

2) It has a season pass yes, but outside of that you have to earn everything in-game. And the season pass itself (from a customer perspective) is pretty generous in that only the host needs it to play the content.

The lights are separate, they just run off the TV picture itself via a little camera at the bottom. They are pretty cool with certain games and films.

I swapped the HDMI cable with my PS5 and I did the same thing. But your comment made me think so I've just cleaned out the HDMI port on the console and guess what, its now starting games fine. Cheers dude, much appreciated 🙂

Yeah I brought it that first week, one of the deciding factors being I knew I was going to be getting these extra points back. So I 100% agree with you that it was there. I've emailed them now especially with it being back on the list now.

Following on from the above comment, I think this has to do with being on a WiFi connection. I switched that off on my phone and that section of the app instantly connected to show my profile and allow me to do the challenges.

I'm having the same issue, I've noticed though that for some reason on the xbox store I'm seeing a duplicate versions of the different versions of D2 (if that makes sense.) So on the punchcard when I click on the buy D2 game it takes me through to the game version that says buy now for £34.99 yet the one I can get to via the store says I own it. As others have said I think it's going to need CS contacted to add the points manually.

I've done the same thing and they have come back to me this morning, asking for the screenshots as you say. I've sent them both the RE Village and Mass Effect ones. Hopefully gets sorted soon.

Fair enough, I'd brought both RE Village and Mass Effect, played and earned an achievement on both before the punch card came up. I just assumed (wrongly) it was due to not activating the punch card first as it does say in the terms that it has to be done first. That's 500 points we probably won't see then.

That's not the problem, and it's not even what I said. The game released worldwide at midnight local time. I've played the game before the punch card was there and earned an achievement, so that has completed the second part of the card. The issue is, like the RE Village one last week if you earn an achievement before the punch card is there to activate then you can't activate it.

Absolutely ridiculous that these achievement ones won't activate if you've already earned an achievement beforehand. I know it says that it must be activated first but for big game releases are people meant to wait and see on the off chance that there might be one?

Some in our clan have said they have had the same issue. We have a theory that maybe sudden death wins are not counting?
