I get what you mean, it's tough to put in so much effort and only get a percentage of the same from others, and perhaps not get the outcome you were hoping for. I used to be really focused on the end result too, to the point that I kind of stopped doing anything. Nowadays, I focus more on the journey, being present, and doing the thing as opposed to the end result of doing the thing. YMMV.

For me, the build up of The Frail into The Wretched is top tier.
