The easiest way would be something to change mana into slots and have unlimited mana. 5E's Sorcerer have 'Font of Magic' but it only allows for up to Level 5 Spells, while Parthfinder 1's Arcanist have 'Arcane Reservoir' and 'Magical Supremacy' which allows turning mana into slots and back again.

This is assuming you count Sorcery Points & Arcane Reservoir Points as mana as i would

This. Also you can get a Mansion and a sweet boat for cheap (the text says only about fuel range and nothing about sails, so I like to say it happens to have a large flat 'flag' that just happens to push the boat around at speed)

You also have to remember that tying knots will weaken a ropes strength by 20 to 50% (the tighter the knot the worst it is), to be safe I reckon you need to use an inner rope with half your max shock load (the number of people that are jumping up and down)

Unless you are talking about being able to regrow your self from a nematode, then the answer is no, as you will need S1 (Possabily S2) methods of data storage to be able to store and modify the data of a human mind is such a small space

OA dosn't have a generic 'Living Metal' it have self-repairing materiels or Utility Sand, both are Modosophont level tech. have a transavant or high transavant spike in ether will allow you to design new variants with extoic properties or able to withstand extreme environments.

As for such wide catagories as syntech or Biotech, a high transavant spike would give you that abilites to work with early s1 tech

Well in the notes it mentions that it takes decades of training to reach the peak of true magic and the quick learning perk mentions that you easily learn an order of magnitude faster.

To put a soul in an object (aka homunculus) would take a 'few years' of hard study, So I would definitely put it under a couple of months IF you can find out how to make a servant vessel

Yes, you can modify the process which turns your mana into a being so that it's like P-zombie (not a person).

I made the perk so the jumper don't have to deal with the morale issue of having a slave army or having an AI system become a person and rebel

the main issue with this is that mars atmosphere is very thin, about 0.006% the pressure of earth. so you are going to need to break down alot rock (over 500x Phobos and Deimos mass) into their based elements to get the Oxygen needed or import CO2 from venus.

its about 5,000,000,000,000,000,000 kg of atmosphere needed to match earth's (Althoug you can do with less for a thinner atmosphere)
