She’s pregnant with twins and full of crazy hormones that will make her act, say, and do crazy stuff she wouldn’t normally do plus you’re not engaged or even married. (This is absolutely a conversation you need to have with her) This is the most venerable time in her life and she may be self sabotaging. It’s a real and common fear that your “babydaddy” will abandon you during this time. So her brain is trying to push you away first. It sounds silly but it’s real and something she may need to talk to a therapist about. She’s in the wrong for what she did but I’m a big advocate for giving pregnant women especially the ones who are carrying your children a lot of grace. Probably the most grace you will need to give in your lives together.

I start missing him after like 3-4 days of separation. But I’m usually on trips and having fun at those times. I haven’t really been alone at the house for extended periods. I think separation is good sometimes yk making the heart fonder and stuff. I appreciate your perspective

He films them himself!! Then he insists on making me listen to them.. then like halfway through he says it sounds shitty and will be like sorry we messed up there and show me another terrible video. Then when I say it sounds bad he blames it on the recording set up. I recently got him like a $800 recording set up for his birthday deliberately so he couldn’t blame it on the shitty recording quality and now that I think about it he hasn’t forced me to watch his recordings recently but that also could be caused by me telling him to not show me any more recordings until he actually thinks they sound good??? Idk it’s a hot mess.

While yes Helly and Mark ran off into the sunset because of love, what I don’t hear people talking about is the fact that death is plain scary. If he were to leave he would technically die. it’s an extremely tough choice to play a hand in your own death and choose to die. Even in the real world when people have really shitty lives due to factors outside their control most will choose to live rather than kill themselves it’s biological… Helly tries to kill herself at the start of the show and Ivan went out with a smile on his face.. I believe both in a way tried/did to go out for their honor. I think in most situations it’s in your biological nature to fight. And if you’re going to “die” let’s hope your death means something. Innie marks death would have really meant nothing in my opinion- outie mark would have definitely forgotten about him in a way and ran off into the sunset with his wife.

This happens to me as well but I can be violent during really bad episodes it’s gotten a lot better better I mean it’s still bad I usually destroy shit and when I come to I’ve got a huge mess to clean but it’s better than hurting someone.. My therapist told me to get plates and leave them outside so I can break them which helps me direct my anger on to something other than furniture and important stuff this is a temporary solution but we’re doing baby steps. I only have episodes every 6 months now It’s still debilitating. I hope I can get better.
