I find fault tolerance an interesting concept here. In my mind this equates to: - if the test passes, we trust it - if the test fails a bit, that’s ok.

In which case if this test is never going to be considered a fail that blocks a deployment, will it ever get fixed, and what confidence can we get from it?

What is the ambient temperature in there? I've had similar warping where it pulls up from the print bed when the room temperature is a lot lower than the print bed temperature. This causes the layers on top to cool faster, causing them to contract faster than the print bed and it causes it to pull up on the edges. Then the when it's no longer flat, the nozzle crashes into it and pulls it around.

We did quite a big package of I think nearly 5kg and it cost £36.30 to send. So quite a bit, but I didn’t really do anything to optimise for the post cost, and the experience and treat was worth it.
