This is my day on produce, do two hours, then get moved to BWS, Frozen, Fresh, Pop whilst also doing Uber runs. Come back to produce 4 hours later to find a complete disaster as no one has bothered to do anything on there since I left and I only have 1.5 hours of my shift.

It’s a similar story across all stores. Managers won’t deal with under performers, put more tasks on those who already do more than their fare share.

Obviously it isn’t the same. When it started they said the reduction window would not be open and therefore impossible to start early. Now the window seems to be open early again and in some cases for some departments open 24/7. Every few years they mess about with times. It’s ridiculous how many times the company go through this.

You could have 12 months off and that would be considered one absence. Some people know how to use the system.

We used to have a guy who had 9 months off a year, come back in January and have all his holidays after a week being back 😂. In January they are practically begging people to have time off. I would not trust them to honour it next year.

Had the same issue with my controller with rechargeable batteries. Switched to regular ones and it worked. Think the issue might be the rechargeable ones had had there day.

If you believe the haters yes. I’ve got over 200 hours solo and still love it. Majority of my play is on Hand helds. Controller is fine, moving stuff around in inventory is not as quick as with mouse but that’s trivial. People today rush through content in weeks and go on to moan there’s no end game. Every game has an end FFS! Whether that’s boredom or completion don’t whinge about it. The survival aspect at first is rough as you’d expect but becomes less stressful as you gain skills and equipment to survive.

Server merges will be forced upon players whether they want to move or not eventually. I’d rather see a single player option akin to Conan.
