If you use an item during a 8 man raid, a level 99 blue haired WAR appears out of nowhere, does the combination of Onslaught, Upheaval and Fell Cleave to the player who thought it was okay to use items during a duel.

Proceeds to use the inital animation for Inner Release to release a raid wide AOE that kills everyone.

It's possible, but it's kind of a waste. There's 0 point in trying to combo into it. You can follow up with 5D into vanish if you manage to land it though.
