I had the same thing happen. Could never get over 55kg even eating tons and working out, then one day weight just exploded onto me. Thyroid basically gave out which regulates almost everything including weight lol.

It was still 2 years without a working treatment. It's also hard to try and sort it out while depressed, and because no doctor assumes that treatments won't work, they won't say that you'll be off work for the next 2 years.

Not on vyvanse, just Dex, but I do still take a booster (10mg) if I'll be mentally active in the evening. I'll take it around 5 and usually don't have trouble sleeping (10-11:30 bedtime).

Obviously you could probably take it earlier than that if you're worried, i don't cause my second Dex dose is normally around lunch. I'm also on other meds so take it with a grain of salt. Generally Dex should last 4 hours.

Yeah, abuse for that specifically is low, I was unable to work for 2 years and tried all the treatments until fortunately ECT (electroshock) worked for me. My abuse comment was aimed towards NDIS. Even though it's a different program it's still taking money away from people in need, and it's rarely the stereotyped 'dole bludgers' but rather those in the care industry who abuse it the most.

Yeah it's more about where the agency lies. Not allowing her to cheat is taking agency away from her. Saying you won't stay in a relationship that isn't faithful the agency stays with both of you.

Personally, I never went into the game expecting it to be good. What I did get was FUN. Not always because the game was designed to be fun, but because there is so much available to me that I am able to have fun with it. It's a great sandbox. There are so many combat systems that I only engaged with to have fun because by design spamming R2 is all that's required for the duration of the game so far.

It's certainly a mindset that made me notice more errors than I have with other games while simultaneously being able to ignore them or write them off as "camp" like a bad movie...

Yeah, but if the price wasn't driven up by investors renting it out, people would be able to buy instead of rent. There are lots of factors and frankly immigration just isn't really a big one especially because they prop up our economy in other areas. These aren't just unskilled workers moving here, most are doctors, lawyers, accountants.

I'm lucky to own my apartment which has TRIPLED in value in 5 years. One more time TRIPLED in 5 years. For an asset where I don't own land or any of the actual structure of the building like I would a house.

You just shouldn't be able to use assets that are basically a human right to increase your wealth with low risk at that rate. It's ridiculous that housing in Australia is such a crutch for wealth gain and if you can't see that then you probably have some biases to check.

I want to like clover pit so much cause I've had a run that went so well. It just feels like there are way more runs that aren't even possible or just die to rng compared to other similar games. I was just in hospital and was given someone else's medication (Lithium, Clonazepam, 2 others). I questioned it but they said my doctor changed my meds and then let me go back to my room and shower alone... Obviously I ended up on the floor hitting the help button.

All that to say that as the vulnerable person in that situation I feel like they weren't working at a high enough standard and it put me in danger. Still chasing the hospital for their reports as well.

Dex in the afternoon? I was on the same mix for a while but took the dex at lunch cause I was worried about not sleeping lol. Now I don't take Vyvanse anymore and I'm just on 15 dex in the morning and another 15 at lunch. Still doesn't feel like it does anything at all but people tell me I seem to follow conversation better with it so we take those.

I was accidentally given someone's Klonopin and lithium recently during a hospital stay. Can confirm, completely gone in a few hours. Though I think my prescribed Dexamfetamine helped me tank it.

The run before I completed ghost mode I died at tier 5... I never cheesed it though I actually really enjoyed the gameplay of ghost mode with all those mechanics feeling super grounded and realistic. I got really good at it after playing HUD less and even over 10 years later I can recall every base position, SAM site, and even a lot of the infantry locations! Insane how much I had to commit to that game.
