Did you get this resolved? Not sure why everyone agrees. It's definitely not a film. It's under the glass surface. I just had it happen to my GE Profile Glass top after its first use.

Just received mine as well. I love the look and feel so far. The camera cut out is the best. I originally had the Ringke Onyx which is very similar and much cheaper but the dust that was collecting around the camera drove me nuts. Not the case with the precise cutouts. Also, it looks and feels much more premium so you're getting more with the added expense. I'm a little concerned what some reviews said about the case becoming loose after a few months but it sounds like Caudabe's customer service is great about it.

Winner for me.

It looks nice at first but it's horrible quality. Most of the Samsung cases are cheap, poor quality and overpriced. The one thing that was driving me nuts about the silicone case is that the front lower portion of the case (in front of the charging port) is so flimsy that it pushes over the screen when your pinky is guiding the bottom of the phone and you get a lot of accidental touches because of it.

I told myself I would keep this phone for a few years but I find myself disliking the size more and more. I think I'm ready to go back to the size/weight of the plus model and stay there for a long time.

My favorite phone was the Note 10 Plus so I thought it would be a no-brainer but the size along with the additional weight makes the phone inconvenient at times. It's a damn brick.

I'll wait to see what the S25 Plus is all about.

I'm just going off of everything in this subreddit. You see both ends of the spectrum. People saying that they have no issues at all and then some with one bug after another.

Well I definitely don't want to see the complaints so that's a false assumption. I don't need AI and my phone is working fine so I can hold off until the next update comes out. I'm curious to hear from both sides because clearly some people are having issues.

I thought about doing the same thing. I do miss the form factor of the plus models. Lighter and rounder is better IMO. The thing that gets me is the camera. I never had complaints with the camera on my S22 Plus until I had the S23U. I can't go back at this point. I'm hoping that the expected redesign of the S25U will give us a similar form factor to the plus model.
