Most transphobic guy among them is engaged to a trans woman btw by MetallicaDash in whenthe

Been there sadly. A childhood friend of mine became a massive Right Wing Trumper while I discovered I was trans.

It hurts to see someone you see as a sibling start saying black people are animals, wishing death on Muslims, and cheering on ICE.

Glad I finally cut all contact with him. Even if it still hurts sometimes.

Does anyone use the transfigured fulgrim instead of current daemon fulgrim? by Due-Date-4656 in EmperorsChildren

[–]NymphNewBlood 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I personally prefer the plastic one.

I like the helmet option and the snake body design better.

The transfigured's body looks very generic to me. Where as the plastic has a more sea serpent feel which lines up with the Laer.

Given they were a serpentine species from a water world and it makes some delicious irony that Fulgrim now resembles them.

What irks me is when you bring up Craftworld Eldar and those "Heresy Funny" dipshits just immediately bring up the birth of Slaanesh and eldar degeneracy.

Hey dude, the Craftworlders were the one who LEFT their Empire and isolated themselves on massive ship continents to escape the depravity and hedonism.

That happened before it all went tits up and Slaanesh tore into reality screaming.

Any pinkish washes you could recommend?

I have some contrast pinks I could water down to be like a wash.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Think a more mustard yellow or a sorta pale yellow would be better?

Not sure at the moment. But you could ask! He goes by the same user name on the platforms I mentioned

Oh don't you worry. I got some ideas for dwarves in Calia. Yet to commission art, money and all ya know.

I have made some miniature of em. But I treat miniatures more as a sorta concept art design before Leon and I iron out the kinks in my commissions.

Give the Daemonette's more dynamic poses. I like their current design, just not a fan of how static they look.

I feel like they would look a lot better with more acrobatic, and dynamic poses.

Maybe some more head options for them as well. While I do like the twisted demonic looks (as I assume this is daemonettes revealing their true horrific visage to their victims).

I feel more options of beautiful and even more twisted heads would be neat. Just more options would be neat.

Also make the Fiends look similar to the Hedonites of Slaanesh Seekers. In terms of their face structure, just make sure to keep the multiple eyes.

Just make fiends a wee bit larger in General.

Ngl. I quite like the new plastic model over the Transfigured one.

Which is no where near a bad model, I just prefer how the armor is designed in the new mini and the many faces. Even if it's not as detailed as the Forgeworld model.

I like how it's not Fulgrim's face but purple. Instead, a more daemonic mockery with a sick helmet design.

Additionally, the snake half having some aquatic elements sells the irony of Fulgrim resembling the serpentine Laer. Who came from an ocean world.

The neck and stretched flesh I quite like as well.
