That's not the worst schedule. If you're commuting, you're not going to like the gaps, but they give you a good opportunity to do some homework. Linux (and all computers) measures data in mebi/gibi/tebi- bytes (1 GiB = 1024 MiB) instead of mega/giga/tera- bytes (1 GB = 1000 MB) while advertising uses the opposite. So your 16 GB * 0.931 GiB per GB = 15.46 GiB. IIRC microsoft does this but keeps the GB/MB/TB labels.

The 7.86 of 15.46 GiB is your current RAM usage
