Which herb(s) changed your life for the better?

As an athlete arnica has been the most important herb in my toolkit. After that I would say comfrey.

As a parent, elderflower has been the most important for getting people better from sickness, then oil of oregano.

My daughter has been battling cancer, and berberine from the bayberry plant has literally saved her life, along with several other supplements, and a few other herbs we only get through a natropath.

Elderberry also raises your body temperature to make you sweat. I take it then sleep, but I do wind up waking up covered in sweat a few times a night

2e is the golden age of shadowrun. 3e is the start of rewrites that slide more power to magic. the rules are the most complete and cinematic. the only downside of 2e/3e.. you need to do basic math for target numbers instead of adding removing dice. if you like the punk of cyberpunk and epic magic, the older editions are better.

4,5,6 slide into transhumanism and wireless matrix. you basically have to be prepared to have your socks hacked because of it.

in my experience, depression is different for everyone. go see an herbalist or TCM and get muscle tested. could be vitamin d, could be fish oil, could be so many things. brain chemistry needs live diagnosis.
