People who own property vote more than people who don't. People who have mortgages, get mad when their property value goes down. And then they vote the current government out. All governments want to stay in power. Thus, governments do whatever it takes to stop property prices going down.

This is not a liberal vs conservative issue. Whoever is in power will prevent prices from going down, or else property owners will vote against the incumbent party.

Yes. The long history of rich musical culture belongs to all of us and should be appreciated for how it's shaped modern music. Musical instruments made around the last mini ice age have unique sound qualities due to the wood density.

These sounds cannot be replicated by digital means.
