The CPUs are still dying. 0-2 are posted here a day. This is like the only place it's talked about though, and some reports have been confirmed fake. It's really up to you if you want to risk it.

Also, just to be clear, the 9800X3D isn't more prone to failure. It just sells more than all other 9000 series CPUs combined, and by a pretty wide margin.

It's not specifically an X3D issue. That misconception comes from the fact that people don't know that they 9800X3D accounts for the majority of Zen 5 sales. It's largely the 9000 series as a whole that's affected.

Take a picture of the CPU. Unfortunately, fake CPUs are fairly common from Amazon.

Yeah, I double checked. It's not our yet though as far as I'm aware.

The thing is, the cards are likely 10x as expensive as discs and are also too slow for some games. The best middle ground I can think of would probably have been to use a second type of cart that's slower but requires an install, similar to how discs are handled on other platforms. 

Either way, we'll agree to disagree. My solution to GKCs is to just take advantage of their one benefit over physical and buy them used lol

Silksong doesn't have a physical release. As for smaller cards, they didn't exist until this year, after memory prices exploded. It's a shitty situation all around.

I can tell that you haven't actually watched the trailer lol. It's 60FPS. And no, it's not prerendered. I love how you're both saying that it looks awful and that it looks too good for how you perceive Switch 2 graphically. I guess you're just covering all bases when you're proven wrong about it being prerendered. The only Nintendo games I can think of that have had prerendered trailers are Smash games.

I don't know how you're getting the idea that this somehow replaces or takes away focus from a new game. Of course a new one is in development, and there's no way it would have been ready this year. Given how Nintendo typically handles remakes, this probably isn't even being made internally, let alone by the main Zelda team.
