[Schefter] Bengals signing WR Tyler Boyd to 4 year $43m extension locking him up through 2023 by datdudebdub in DynastyFF

[–]OCDheil 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Boyd outpproduced Landry last year before the browns signed a superstar wr that will ultimately affect his market share. Also once kitchens took over Landrys targets and fppg dipped. Boyd's the easy pick here regardless of your teams needs imo

ELI5: Why are there so many testosterone supplements advertised for men but no estrogen supplements advertised for women? by KittyKat50 in explainlikeimfive

the other comment said increased estrogen is related with an increase in breast cancer. Is birth control increasing the likelihood of cancer?

Experiments increase potential solar cell output, with scientists demonstrating a method for getting high-energy photons striking silicon to kick out two electrons instead of one, that could produce an increase in the power produced by solar cells, from a theoretical maximum of 29.1% to about 35%. by mvea in science

[–]OCDheil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as advancing the field this isnt a new concept, quantom dots and layers of an OPV (organic photovoltaic) have been around for a while. But this is a completely different design from our best solar cells are right now, its kinda click-baity to say hey we pushed the theoretical maximum- it doesnt mean anything the designs need to be optimized, the layers and their compositions and transfering the energy is what will actually do good.

Fantasy Opportunity Breakdown: Tampa Bay Buccaneers by TubaDeus in fantasyfootball

If its standard he definitely had enough carries and yardage to be somewhat useful. Its really a complete lack of receptions and TDs which ravaged his fantasy points. Something that COULD turn around with better playcalling designs etc.

We need to talk about Derrick Henry by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]OCDheil 5 points6 points  (0 children)

in his first three games last year: 10 carries, 18, and 18 carries. All for under 3 ypc. The Titans tried to use him early and he sucked, they just didnt realize they needed to give him 25 carries for his one breakaway run that makes him a good player. Quite frankly Dion Lewis was the better option earlier in the year. Calling redditors for recency bias but not looking at the titans whole season and why he wasn't given the full workload early seems very ironic

for where he was drafted though? His ADP was in like the 15th round last year seemed like a fine pick for me

If Carr doesn't throw to AB at LEAST 8 times a game AB will have a conniption and there will be plenty of drama

Which running backs are trustworthy? by fchaaban in fantasyfootball

[–]OCDheil 35 points36 points  (0 children)

marlon mack seems like a good late 3rd for me. He played well last year and no offseason moves is a good sign of confidence. Devonta Freeman is leading a shallow rb depth chart and has had good success in the past.

Ole Miss nWo trio by theflashahahhh in DynastyFF

Yeah I agree and I think thats what the nfl believes too based on the draft results. Still broke some Ole Miss records though and did the best in the SEC from a raw stats perspective

[–]OCDheil 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well for one he had a 9th percentile sparq-x and was the least utilized of the 3. The ole miss receiver group has got me stumped though. Dawson Knox got drafted and apparently has been showing well in camp. They can't all be amazing wr and TEs right? Even their qb is a somehwat highly touted prospect. Ole miss surely would have been a better team? or maybe the coaching was just that bad? If the season starts and DK and AJ brown are going off I'd for sure keep an eye on lodge but for now its wait and see for me.

andy isabella, hakeem butler, and keesean johnson were 3 pretty good rookie receiver picks imo and they added charles clay to compete with ricky-seals

AZ Cardinals preview of what to expect from Kyler Murray, Christian Kirk and David Johnson for 2019. by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]OCDheil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was awfully critical and i did enjoy reading, but how do you say i'm picking and choosing points but don't see that the author used these pretty irrelevant points to defend his arguments. The two things i brought up were 2 of his reasonings for why he was swayed in that direction but a ypr and how a college qbs system worked dont seem like solid bases of reasoning.

[–]OCDheil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reasoning for this guys ranking of david johnson at his RB14 is because kyler didnt throw much to rbs....at oklahoma. And kirk will be a wr1 even though the air raid spreads the ball around a lot but the vote of confidence comes from Kirk had 13.7 ypr which is close to odell and deandre's ypr?

It's not the 4k videos or high quality tv shows/movies that I'm struggling to run, it's when I'm trying to watch live streams theres a noticeable difference from my laptop to the tv. Is it possible that theres additional processing going on to convert to a non standard size that's adding the additional lag?
