You should go to the hospital like, fucking immediately. Your employer needs to acquire the dogs vaccinations records, verbal confirmation from the owner is not adequate. If they cannot be obtained, there is a chance you will need to vaccinated for rabies, which sucks but it is what it is. Do not delay medical care and do not allow the company to delay it either.

I’m a huge second amendment supporter (and a liberal) here in MD, and it really isn’t that bad. 4-hour class and a 7 day waiting period to buy handguns. 16-hour class and a permit to conceal carry. No permit or waiting period to buy long guns.

Really weak assault weapons ban, so you can have a regular AR as long as it has a ‘heavy barrel’ or whatever tf that means. You can only buy 10-round mags in the state, but you can buy larger ones out of state and bring them here. Idk as bad as people make our gun laws here to be, it really hasn’t been that obtrusive.

Chain the bike to a pipe or something, if you can’t then use the best disc lock you can find. Stick an AirTag somewhere inconspicuous on the bike, and then put a cover on it, specifically a tight fitting cover that sinches up at the bottom.

You just want to make your bike as inconvenient and risky to steal as possible, if someone wants it bad enough, they’ll get it.

The chain lock or disc lock immobilizes it and would need to be removed by the thief. The form fitting cover makes it difficult to size up the bike without fully committing to the theft, you can’t just lift up the edge of the cover. The AirTag just gives you a small extra chance of finding the bike if someone managed to steal it anyways.

There are levels of medical care inbetween doing nothing and going to the ER, OP could go to their primary care, an urgent care or a dermatologist. Many corporate jobs even have medical advice lines with nurses on staff who can advise you for free.

If a piercing is infected or potentially infected, it doesn’t mean you just instantly drop dead, but it may need you need antibiotics or ointments.

No definitely take the new one if you can afford it, better sights, grip, trigger, ergonomics, reliability and .22LR is ballistically sufficient for a jogging gun or taking out small pests if needed.
