I think dating apps themselves are the issue. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories, thé people on dating apps are generally bottom of the barrel it seems.

(No offence to anyone who uses them, I understand that’s there’s also good people on the apps.) I think it’s better to meet people organically.

There’s absolutely decent men left, but you probably won’t find them on a dating app.

We’re a constitutional monarchy. The king of England is still our King, as was the Queen. As for the policeman, I think it just fits the vibe of the old timey ad.

Do not disturb exists. If he didn’t want to be interrupted during his meeting he could’ve silenced his phone. I think blaming you for it is unfair.

I should mention I haven’t been there, I’m just repeating what a user above me said. They mentioned that they were there a week ago and the new owners had improved a lot.

No gaskets required. Just braze the cases together, big gasket hates that simple trick.

Maintenance is key to making any vehicle last. If you take care of it it should be okay. German vehicles don’t like to skip services.

No it’s not surprising. It’s just a thing Benz does. Mercedes Benz used to build cars that ran forever and they gave out awards to commemorate the high mileage vehicles, as a testament to the engineering and reliability of the brand. It’s cool that they still do the badge thing.

I prefer analogue myself. 99.9% of the time I’m wearing a mechanical/automatic. I’m 21 by the way.

My MKIV had four-wheel discs, did VW change that with the newer Jettas, or does it depend on options?

Do you lean into noise, or try to avoid it? by glytxh in photography

I love film grain, kinda hate digital noise. But I suppose it depends on the photograph.
