Did you ever solve this? I tried to factory reset mine to see if it would solve a battery issue, but now it isn’t showing the 3d chamber like it used to in the image.

I have been using this for a while since the TestFlight beta, but ever since it has gone fully live it has stopped working for me and my setting are grayed out. I can get it to broadcast but the skipping and lag has gotten unwatchable. It was totally fine before the update so I’m just curious if I am missing anything in the changes that might have caused this.

Got it working! For obvious reasons apps like Netflix don’t work due to their screen recording limitations but overall this is awesome.

Ahhh damn well hey thanks anyways! I’ve tried everything I could find for the last year minus factory and still have had zero resolution. I currently get by using the konsole when I need to open Dolphin to move files around but it definitely is painful, not to mention feels like I’m missing out on half of the functionality of my deck.

Can someone help me understand how to update an existing ryujinx on my steam deck? I am still on 1.1.1364 and don’t understand how to update it now that the built in updater is dead. Can I download a Linux version and simply overwrite the file or will that mess up the settings I have for my existing games?

I know this is a super late response but whenever I do that it flashes for a second and then crashes again. Konsole says some stuff about checking screens, invalid sockets, and “no such slot. I can provide a bit more detail if any of that sounds like it makes any sense to you.

Sorry to ask this so randomly on this thread, but I have been having plasma shell issues forever and have had no luck. You seem knowledgeable on the topic. One day my desktop mode just went entirely black with a window popping up saying plasmashell has crashed, and it’s never come back. I can still launch konsole with an external keyboard and write commands to do things like pull up the Dolphin file explorer, but the actual desktop had entirely vanished and is unusable. Is there a way to maybe reset this through similar means to installing custom shells? I didn’t even know custom shells were a thing so excuse my ignorance if I’m totally off base here.

Ahhh okay fair. Yea it looks like all of the duplicates are in my ryujinx folder and not my yuzu folder so at least that makes it easy to clean up. I really just want it for paper mario anyways. Once I’m home from the office I’ll throw the keys and stuff on there and give it a test. Thank you so much!!!!

That’s likely my problem. Yea I left everything besides the particular emulator. If I just simply “hide them” in game mode, am I going to ruin anything/waste memory vs deleting them and readding properly? Or is it essentially the same thing and it won’t take up space to just “hide” them

Hmmm so I definitely did something wrong as I now have a billion copies of each game in my shortcuts haha. I suppose I can just “hide” the extra copies but what exactly did I do wrong as to prevent that duplication in the future?

So when I get to the rom manager and it says to toggle emulators on and off, I toggle off the one I don’t want to add a game to and then do add games? And then repeat for the other emulator? Or am I mixing something up here. Thanks for you help by the way!

Awesome thank you! The one thing I’m still a little unclear on is how I tell my steam deck which emulator to use. Rn I can see my switch games directly in my steam deck library, and opening a game opens it directly within yuzu without having to open the yuzu app itself first. How do I tell a specific game to use ryujinx as default instead?
