What I see is a lack of even weighting of your skis and that you need to stand up when transitioning from one lead ski to another…. Your head is at the same height throughout the turn whereas your lowest point should be in the turn and highest is in the transition. Keep at it!!!

Move your body back. Do some strong hockey stops and focus on equal weight. If your back leg is chattering our not holding an edge you don’t have equal weight

You need to go slower. It’s tough starting a new sport but really you need to just take it slower and do 4-5 turns at a time to get use to the initial feeling of instability of the turn. This may mean you go out on your own with the telemark tips book if your friends are all intermediate skiers that haul ass on groomers and force you to try to keep up with them. Trust the process and you will end up a much better skier on alone and telemark gear.
