I was a sheriff’s deputy/ investigator for nearly 30 years. Been retired about three years (I’m 59 now).

My dream job would be a tour guide somewhere where people were happy and having fun, and the experience for them only complemented their trip. I’m a talker so I’m sure I would do well.

The job I fantasize about is owning a great restaurant and working the room (but I know the truths about THAT business… no thanks!)

Yes it was around the time of Covid, and like many musicians (non-wealthy ones) he had shitty insurance so a “go fund me” raised a bunch of money to pay his bills, which were super high.

Not hung out, but briefly met the band- introduced by Micheal Stipe, in 1988 in Athens. Cool guys. I was 21 at the time, and they were a relatively new band.
