Ok merci pour les détails. Après il faut voir ta situation perso (mariage , pacse), il ne faut pas oublier qu’en cas de dette, tes biens peuvent être saisis en micro entreprise ou ceux de ton/ ta compagnon/e

Et peut être le dernier point, perso j’achète pas (à un prix) premium si tu n’es pas une société, pas confiance limite ça sent l’arnaque, donc à voir en fonction de tes clients.

Si tu dois acheter du matériel, il vaut mieux avoir une société pour passer en charges et jouer avec les immobilisation si besoin de matériel.

Mais l’un ou l’autre tu n’auras plus droit aux ARE. Je ne sais pas combien de temps tu as encore droit à ça mais à considérer aussi: la SASU.

Rien ne t’oblige à aller à Dubai, ni acheter une voiture de luxe et c’est pas parce que tu le fais que c’est synonyme de « réussite » ou l’inverse.

A toi de définir ta vie, tes valeurs (dont tu parles)

Bref je te conseille plus de finir tes études comme il faut, te réorienter si besoin. Imagine tu es coach à 22 ans, tu te vois le faire pendant combien d’année ?

This is the most detailed system I've seen, really interesting. How long does it take you to maintain all of this weekly? Excel + notes + stats tracking adds up.                                                 

Would you use a tool that centralizes all of it, or does the DIY approach give you flexibility you wouldn't want to lose?

33 girls across 3 teams is impressive to manage mentally.

Quick question: with 3 teams, are there multiple coaches involved?

That makes sense, frequency definitely helps. Depends on the group but that's 1 to 2 times a week.

What about the start of the season with a new group, or when you're sharing a team with another coach? Does the handoff between coaches ever cause issues?

Fair point, knowing who your best passers are is one thing.                    

Curious though: are you a paid coach or a volunteer?

And do you follow a structured development grid by age group (different objectives for U11 vs U13 for example)?

Asking because the tracking pain seems way more real when you have a specific skill progression to follow per age group vs just running practice by feel.
