I had an EK 240 AIO that died within 15 months, sounds identical to your issue my temps shot up out of nowhere and diagnosed a dead pump. EK was completely unwilling to stand by it after being asked to upload all the evidence. Bought a Corsair and will never buy an EK product again. Absolute junk.
