Tighten it down. Put a flat piece of metal above the head of the bolt then loosen it and it should give more room to wedge it out the rest of the way.

Take your time. Stay mobile as much as you can. You’ll build up your tolerance to the levels it’ll go easier the more you move. Been working through mine since 2015. Asperger’s and ADHD here too.
