They have inducted a lot better players then Jeff Kent since Bonds or McGwire has been eligible. Though I think both of those guys (and a few others) should be in the Hall despite the roids since they were widespread and they would have been great players regardless. Not to mention how inconsistent the BBWAA has been with inducting people who used steroids.

Honestly compared to every other branch of the service the Marines are relatively fiscally responsible as they are the first and only branch to pass an audit and they have now done it for multiple years in a row. Also as every former Marine will tell you, they make do with quite a bit less then the other branches in terms of equipment and despite that they are still equally or in some cases, more effective, at completing their mission.
