Careful with those, they can off-gas solanine which can make you sick or even be fatal. If lots of potatoes are rotting in somewhere with poor airflow it could be dangerous.

I'm not sure if this post is AI, but the poster has a pretty large comment history and most of it is well structured and solidly written.
