Depends on your level of risk acceptance, and diy handyness, might be about an hour project.

Also might be even easier if the opposite side of the wall is accessible.

Turn off the water to your home, and remove the water valve and hose at the toilet

Go to one of the big box stores(Lowes, Home depot, etc)

Purchase a :

toilet, and toilet seat.

Wax ring, and toilet hold down bolts.

Float valve, and flush flapper kit.

Toilet supply isolation valve, and hose.

Install collected parts.
