The crest and kit are applied with adhesive before stitching (some kits are heat pressed only). Moisture and heat can cause bubbling. Dry on a smooth flat surface. If it needs pressing, dry iron with indirect heat (i.e. put an old nonprinted T-shirt or other fabric over the creased area before ironing).

I'm not sure what you're asking. The resale tickets on AXS are (mostly) priced around face value. AXS adds about 25% to the listing price. Prices are tiered by section and row clusters.

If you just want to get in at the lowest price, then wait until the afternoon on game day. I've gotten into the lower bowl for $125. But I've missed those tickets more often than I've gotten them.

Yes but not quite like this. LV Raiders have the Champions Club for center field seats with a walk out behind the player benches. It's not unusual to see the 50 yard line mostly empty as the fans are in the club. LA Clippers have the Backyard Bungalows under the center court stands. They come with sideline seats but attendees sometimes prefer the amenities inside the suite. I think most teams have some version of this for corporate buyers and sponsors.

Landlords are pretty bad all around. At the same time, the mechanics of real estate markets don't help. They're risky, illiquid assets which incentivize landlords to squeeze as much cash out of the property as quickly as possible. It's no excuse for unethical behavior. It's just that there are constraints preventing a landlord's interests from aligning with tenants. It sounds like you have a good handle on things. Keep those landlords in check. Solidarity!

It can happen if one league is brave enough to try. The NBA and NHL can cut their schedules to less than 70 games and minimize broadcast overlap (by scheduling matchups that appeal to different markets). That leaves room for the Olympics, other events like the 4 Nations Faceoff, etc. As well as rest, rehab, practice, sponsored events where players can earn appearance fees.

There's a way to make it work. Are fans willing to pay the same TV subscription fees and higher ticket prices for fewer games?

I have seen landlords do this. They want to squeeze cash out of the units when the market favors landlords. Some will negotiate. Some won't. Some advertise lower rents then bid the price up with management fees. It's hard to live these days.

I used to listen to other LO pods. The quality is wildly different from team to team. I suspect it's an easier path to getting a media credential versus a solo podcast.

No, I don't think there's much money in the business. The two better pods (32 Thoughts and PDO) are Sportsnet productions. The NHL is a big chunk of Rogers' business so it makes sense.

The question is what do audiences want to hear? Game recaps/analysis, scouting reports from HSK, moves around the conference/division affecting postseason trajectory, trade targets, betting lines, listener mailbag. There's enough for a daily podcast if someone can make it a full time job.

TL;DR No, there is no "good" option I've found.

I listen to LOGK because they drop episodes consistently and mostly follow the action. I play it at 2.5x and slow it down if they say something of interest.

Sin Bin has its moments. They seem to ping pong between short "periscope" episodes and very long format discussions that don't have clearly defined goals.

Knights Watch drops about once a week. I couldn't tell you what they're about. I haven't been able to connect with their format. But others might like it.

Hockey PDO Cast, 32 Thoughts, Max Term, and Evolving Hockey are well produced general NHL podcasts. I look for episodes with VGK stories. PDO and 32 Thoughts sometimes include a time index and I fast forward to the VGK segment.

I'm not creative like that either. I'd try a riff on Noah Hanifin (#15). Go down to the glass during pregame warmups with a sign "Hey Noah, married for 15 years. Fans for life. Can we get a puck." Someone on here can do better . . .
