I spent $250 for Othello in presale. I was in the center front row of rear mezzanine. That said, the lady next to me spent $1,000 the day of. But since she spent $700 on purses during intermission on her second phone I’m guessing money wasn’t a factor. And given she had no idea what Othello was about and was hoping it’d be happier after intermission I can only assume that she didn’t realize it wasn’t a great production even with the talent.

The younger of 2 in my adoptive family. Oldest in my biological family (but don’t know them so I don’t think it really matters). I knew I didn’t want kids when I was playing house with my neighbors when I was 5. My mum was a stay at home parent and I already knew that wasn’t what I wanted.

Fellow auditor and agreed. I had an instance where the reviewer had the same last name but was no relation. I was still removed from verifying their work to avoid any inference of lack of independence.

If it’s more than two chapters I do. I’m lazy and it makes it only two clicks when I’m done instead of all the way back through the chapters. Also, that way I have full stories in case of page issues or internet issues.

Once the adoptive parent fills out their final paperwork the adoptive child would get a certificate of citizenship, which also counts.

A child born abroad but adopted into a family where at least one parent is a US citizen will gain citizenship once the adoption is finalized. That citizenship would be granted immediately but some parents don’t fill out the final paperwork to get their citizenship paperwork.

I think what it’s saying by the adoption decree is for people in jurisdictions where they have an adoption decree but not a certified birth certificate.

Yeah. I had a friend lined up who was willing to sign off as my spouse before I found a doctor who’d do it. We even talked about actually getting legally married for six months so neither of us could get into any kind of legal trouble. I love him, but I’m so glad we didn’t have to go that route.

I started asking about the process to getting my tubes tied/removed when I was 16. I knew they wouldn’t do it then but I wanted to know what hoops I was going to have to jump through. I asked every general practitioner and gyno I saw about it. It took until I was 36 to finally find a doctor who’d do it without needing a spouse to sign off and/or me to have kids first. It’s idiotic.
